The application is currently used to manage small tools on construction sites.  The program allows users to issue tools from one location and receive them at another.  An employee is assigned responsibility for the tools at a particular location.  When tools are issued from a location the program calculates the cost of having that tool at the location for the period of time it was present at the location.

Users of the application can perform the following tasks:

• Create, update, delete tool records
• Create, update, delete employee records
• Create, update, delete site records
• Move tools from one site to another
• Calculate the cost of using the tool at the location
• Audit trail tracks users actions
• Generate reports on tools by location, employee
